James Rajiah (Broker/Owner)

Combining many years of marketing, management, and people skills, I will work diligently on your behalf to satisfy your goals and expectations in today's competitive real estate market. I have owned businesses for over twenty years, and my businesses were built on unique and cutting edge marketing techniques; from my studies in International Business and Degree in Law. I truly believe my background allows him to bring many new and fresh ideas to the real estate marketplace.

I believe in community service, and have been honored and privileged to serve Habitat for Humanity of Lee County, Inc. in closing Real Estate Transactions, and the Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity in their Family Services Committee as well as the Property Acquisition Committee. Further I serve on the Lee County School Board’s Compliance Advisory Committee.

Many happy memories are created in a home, and many careers as well as wealth flourish through Commercial and Retail Properties. A great deal of genuine concern, respect, and sensitivity is administered at each step of every transaction. My approach is to establish a relationship with our clients that will last a lifetime through trust, availability and accountability. I hope a personable, down-to-earth style, sense of humor, and win-win negotiating style will continue to earn me high marks and respect among my peers. I am a full time Real Estate professional and I do specialize in Client Care.
